Our stamped and deep-drawn parts are also primarily used in our own assemblies. One example of a stamped end product is the transmitter wheel installed on the car engine's cam shaft.
This part is stamped and drawn on an eccentrically-actuated press. A hydraulic press is then used to form the outer edge. This second step is performed fully automatically by robots which remove the unfinished parts from the feeding system, orient them, and position them in the press. The finished part is then removed from the press and placed in its packaging.
