Stamping & deep drawing
Our stamping shop includes eccentric presses from Edelhoff, Helmerding and Sangiacomo with up to 3200 kilonewtons of force as well as hydraulic presses from the manufacturers Schön and Dunkes generating up to 3000 kilonewtons.
While simple parts are punched straight from the coil, complex formed parts are automatically positioned, fed, removed and packaged by robots. A large proportion of our stamped parts are semi-finished parts which are used as components of other products.
